Self awareness and curiosity most times propel leaders to evolve. Awareness of one's capacity and limitation, could encourage learning, and learning when applied to solving problem(s) reveals one's new capability. This should be a lifelong process for any evolving leaders. This is self leadership and it is one leadership trait you cannot afford not to have.
