Thank you Dele. I ❤ this statement from the newsletter- "the size of the plan may be reason the plan failed".

We have got to make our plans to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely (SMART).

Dr Ola, thank you for sharing this excellent article. Leaders dream big but they are realistic enough to outline steps to actualize that dream. Dreams without concrete, measurable, and achievable plans is mere daydreaming. Thanks for sharing.
